WINERY & PRODUCTION

The foothills of the Atlas Mountains have been producing wine since the roman empire but  it was the french that made Meknes into a highly respected wine making region. This Epicuria is a partnership of two french producers who fell in love with the soils of the area on a golf trip at the turn of the century… as you do. They moved quickly formed a partnership with Domaine de la Zouina and planted 63 hectares of vines almost straight away producing their first vintage in 2005 with the skills of Philippe Lespy (formerly of Domaines Barons de Rothschild). This is a multi-award winning wine that you can taste the excitement to extract the most potential of the region. The wine itself is aged in the barrel for 12 months before bottling offering a pleasant toasty vanilla finish.
